3. Although it is a slight bruise, protrusion, etc., it should be removed with oil grindstone or fine sandpaper if any.

4. In order to avoid collision during loading, a small amount of lubricating oil shall be applied to the surface of the shaft and shaft shell. To install the bearing on the shaft center, apply force on the inner ring, and to install the bearing on the bearing housing, apply force on the outer ring. When applying force to the bearing, be sure to keep the force vertical and even. Bias hitting will cause damage to the bearing. Therefore, try to avoid bias.

5. The retainer and sealing plate of Oilless Bearing must not be forced. The installation method of hammer and sleeve is commonly used, because it will damage the bearing, so it must not be directly knocked. Make sure that the sleeve is located in the middle and knocked in as shown in the figure. Hammers should be tapped lightly. In terms of mechanical structure, when the inner and outer rings are tightly matched, the backing plate shall be used to ensure that the force can be applied to the inner and outer rings at the same time. If only the inner ring is pressed with force, the force will press the ball into the outer ring, which will cause scars on the track surface. When installing the bearing with a large margin on the shaft, it is widely used to heat the bearing to 80~90 degrees in clean oil to expand the inner diameter.

6. The hardness of the bearing may be reduced due to overheating, so it must not exceed 100 degrees. At this time, the bearing must be suspended with steel wire or placed on the metal wire mesh and the support plate, not on the bottom of the groove. When the bearing reaches the desired temperature (below 100 ° C), it should be taken out of the groove immediately and put on the shaft quickly. The bearing will shrink with the temperature drop. Sometimes there will be a gap between the shoulder and the end face of the bearing. Therefore, tools should be used to compress the bearing in the axial direction.
