1) Composite Oilless Bushing

The composite oil-free bushing is a composite layer product supported by a cold-rolled steel bottom layer, bronze sintered layer and PTFE grease. The applicable temperature range is -180℃~280℃, and no additional oil is required during use.

2) PTFE resin bushing

The material of the PTFE resin bushing is mainly PTFE resin, and the purpose of adding wear-resistant filler and fixed lubricant on the surface is to reinforce and lubricate. The polytetrafluoroethylene resin bushing can maintain good working performance in the temperature range of -200℃~200℃, and its own material also has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

3) High-strength brass inlaid solid lubricant bushing

The raw material of high-strength brass inlaid solid lubricant bushing is mainly high-strength brass inlaid turning graphite solid lubricant, and the maximum temperature that can be tolerated is 200 °C.

4) Bronze casting bushing OFG, high precision bushing OFS, cast iron bushing OFX

The main materials of bronze casting bushing, high-precision bushing and cast iron bushing are tin bronze, high-strength aluminum alloy bonded with a fluorine resin, and the inner wall of cast iron is inlaid with spiral molybdenum disulfide. The operating temperature is about -50℃~140/150℃. It should be noted that the tin bronze needs to be refueled and maintained regularly.

5) Polyacetal resin bushing

As the name suggests, the main material of the polyacetal resin bushing is polyacetal resin, which contains lubricants and special fillers, and the maximum operating temperature is around 80 °C.
